Sejak

Seogwang Tea Farm is located at an altitude of 156 metres in Seogwipo-si City, Jeju Island Province. Yabukita, Geumgokrok and Hyepsanghyang cultivars are used in this garden to produce EU and NOP-certified organic teas.

Harvested by hand in late April, the Sejak grows in natural shade on volcanic soil with optimal rainfall, helping to create its unique flavour.

During the production process, the leaves are steamed and lightly roasted, giving it a fresh, nutty flavour. It also increases the number of amino acids, giving the tea its sweet notes.
