Mao Feng, Fuijan

This dark green and silver tea leaf has a fresh, smooth and elegant fruity taste slightly reminiscent of the characteristic umami taste of Japan. The infusion is characterised by a cloudy yellow-green colour.

To obtain a clean cup, rinse the leaf with warm water before infusing.
