Hakuval Frost Tea SFTGFOP

This is the first tea of the year, produced from the tea leaves that grow during January where the nights are cold , thus the name “Frost tea“. With the cool nights the tea plant grows slowly producing a tea of great complexity. During the manufacture the tea leaves after high withering they are lightly oxidized so they remain green. The tea is very similar to a Darjeeling first flush.
